Alexandra “Ali” Griffin, Managing Partner/Attorney at Law

Ali Griffin handles all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. She specializes in U.S. Small Business Administration loans, including SBA 504 loans (she is a Certified 504 Closing Attorney) and SBA 7(a) loans, as well as construction loans and non-real-estate business transactions. She conducts closings on virtually every type of property and handles financing, leasing, and business purchases and sales.

“Ali,” as she is known by her colleagues, clients, and family, is a Florida native through and through. Born in Sebring, she attended Florida State University, where she earned her B.S. degree in Business. From there, she attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, where she earned a Book Award for Appellate Brief Writing and served as a Teaching and Research Assistant in Contracts. She earned her J.D. from Florida Coastal in 2007 and was admitted to The Florida Bar that same year.
While in law school, Ali discovered an affinity for Business and Real Estate Law. Wanting to make Northern Florida her home, she began searching for a law firm that aligned with her interests and expertise. Head, Moss & Fulton, P.A. proved to be the perfect fit.

In 2013, Alexandra B. Griffin became a partner in the firm now known as Head, Moss, Fulton & Griffin, P.A. (HMFG). Following the sudden passing of beloved attorneys Bob Head and John Moss in 2016, Ali assumed responsibility for the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Today, Ali handles all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions.

In addition to representing various lending institutions throughout Clay County and beyond, Ali has been a member of the Clay County Bar Association, an affiliate member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, NAIOP Northeast Florida Developing Leaders, and the Northeast Florida Small Business Resource Network.
When Ali is not managing HMFG Law, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their twins, Kate and Chris. You can also find her on the tennis court, where she is truly a force to be reckoned with!

Bio

Erin Sullivan, Attorney at Law

Erin Sullivan has been working in Title and Property Law for almost 20 years. In addition to handling all aspects of real estate law, Erin is a resource for complex property and title issues and a true problem solver. Combine her experience with excellent people skills, and you can see why agents, buyers, and sellers enjoy working with her.

Born and raised in Casper, Wyoming, Erin Sullivan knew from an early age that she wanted to be an attorney. In 2001, she graduated from the University of Wyoming with honors, earning degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She moved to Jacksonville in the summer of 2002 to study at the Florida Coastal School of Law and began working in the title insurance industry straight out of law school. In 2005, when the subprime lending boom was driving the market, Erin quickly became adept at handling high-speed, high-volume closings for the most demanding clientele.

Despite the market contraction in 2008, Erin continued her path in real estate law. She started and ran a small in-house title company for the Jacksonville firm Stellar Properties. In addition to running the title company, Erin served as counsel for the property management side of the business. This experience greatly enhanced her knowledge base of another complex aspect within real estate law. Erin left Stellar Properties in order to help found and serve as General Counsel at Hillcrest Title. After stepping away from Hillcrest, she worked at US Patriot Title until 2024, when she joined us here at HMFG.

Erin’s well-rounded knowledge of real estate law, prompt responsiveness, and solid work ethic have earned her fierce client loyalty. In addition to handling all aspects of real estate law, Erin is a resource for complex property and title issues and a true problem solver. Combine her experience with excellent people skills, and you can see why agents, buyers, and sellers enjoy working with her.

When Erin is not working as an important asset at HMFG, she is loving on her four dogs, Birtie, Fiah, Obi, and Augustus, spending time with her husband of 20 years, Justin, or hanging out with her newly graduated son, Talmer. For fun, she loves buying gifts and painting!
